Born in Austin, Texas, our small-batch roastery is dedicated to crafting coffee that’s ethically sourced, locally roasted, and driven by community impact.

Our journey begins high in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, where farmers cultivate coffee cherries at high altitudes using traditional, sustainable practices. From hand-picked cherries to carefully processed green beans, every stage honors the people and land behind each harvest. Once the beans arrive in Austin, our team roasts them in small batches to highlight their natural flavor, creating smooth, vibrant profiles that celebrate their origin.

But our purpose goes beyond the cup. As proud Austin locals and animal lovers, a portion of every sale supports local animal shelters and adoption programs. Each bag of DogHaus Coffee helps fund rescue efforts, veterinary care, and adoption drives for dogs looking for a new home...because no one should ever drink coffee alone.
